Face to face private tuition on jewellery and product photography. These sessions can be fully tailored to your current skillset and your learning needs due to the 1:1 nature of these sessions. A typical curriculum includes:

1. Half Day Private Tuition Session (3.5 hours):

This session can be adapted to your skillset and current experience to make the most out of our time together. But a typical session will cover:

How to use your camera, key settings for product photography and how to focus for a super sharp finish

Nailing your lighting (natural daylight and/ or continuous)

Equipment and trouble shooting for closeups, lifestyle shots and model shots.

2. Full Day Private Tuition Session (6.5 hours)

This session can be adapted to your skillset and current experience to make the most out of our time together. But a typical session will cover:

a. Part One (Morning): Jewellery/ Product Photography Tuition - how to use your camera, settings for product photography, nailing your lighting and how to compose a beautiful and balanced image. We will cover settings and equipment for closeups, lifestyle shots and model shots.

A BREAK FOR LUNCH (a light lunch is provided)

b. Part Two (Afternoon): Shooting your products. First we will dive in to some key composition techniques to help you create a balanced and beautiful image. We will then set up and light a scene and then we will shoot side by side to capture approx 10 products in a variety of angles and setups.

3. Editing Masterclass

You can opt to add on an additional 2 hour online editing masterclass via zoom. This call will be recorded so you can rewatch the session at your leisure, and we will walk through how to edit the images taken during your PT session for best results. To add the editing masterclass please select the photography session & editing masterclass option at checkout. The editing masterclass typically takes place 2-3 weeks after your face to face session so you can ask any questions you have following the session as you practice your new skills.

Half Day Tuition Session only - £350

Half Day Tuition Session & Editing Masterclass - £550 (£50 saving)

Use of camera and lighting/ props and background and other equipment as required (although ideally you bring along your own camera to help you get used to your own equipment more quickly, but I do have a spare camera plus lenses you can use).

A 30 minute consultation prior to the PT to tailor the session to your needs
