HOW DO I BOOK A SHOOT?

If you need help deciding which of my packages is best for you, I offer a no obligation discovery call where we can chat about what you need.

If you are 100% certain which package is best for you, you are able to book and pay for your package online here.


When do you need my products before the shoot?

In order for your shoot to take place as scheduled, I require your products to arrive at least 48 hours ahead of the shoot. Products that arrive late may mean that I have to push your shoot back to the next available shoot date.


How soon will i get my images after the shoot?

You will get a preview of your images within 14 working days of your photoshoot, and often sooner. We will work together to agree any editing tweaks and once you are happy your gallery will be opened for download.

You will receive high resolution (for print) and web optimised (for web).


aRE YOU ABLE TO ADJUST MY jewellery before shooting?

Unfortunately I am unable to adjust things like closing gaps in jump rings in case it causes irreparable damage to the item(s). Please check all pieces carefully (under a loupe if needed) to make sure they are exactly the way you want them to be photographed.


HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?

In the event that the service you receive does not meet my high standards, please contact me ASAP via email to discuss your concerns and I'll do all I can to resolve your concerns.


WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

My customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 4.30pm. If you try to contact me outside of these hours, we will do our best to get back to you in a timely fashion.

 

CAN I POSTPONE OUR SHOOT?

I totally understand that sometimes things happen that means we can’t make our preferred timescales.

I need at least 48 hours notice to postpone our shoot to another date. Please contact me ASAP if you think you need to postpone your shoot and I’ll get that sorted! 


can you shoot additional products?

Yes I can absolutely shoot additional products to those included in your package if agreed in advance. I charge £10 per additional product for styled shoots and £15 per additional product per white background shoot.


when will i get my products back after the shoot?

Typically you will receive your products back within 5 working days of signing off your online gallery for download.

Your products will be returned via special delivery up to a maximum cost of £15. For large items, Clients may be required to arrange a courier to collect their items.


Will you Clean my jewellery?

I will give all pieces of jewellery a quick buff with a lint free cloth before shooting. But polishing and finishing is the responsibility of the maker. I highly recommend that you carefully check each piece to make sure all traces of polish are removed prior to sending me your items so that they are ready to shoot.


HOW DO I GET MY IMAGES?

Your images will be uploaded into a bespoke online viewing gallery. Once you approve the images, your online gallery will be opened for download and you can download your images onto your computer.


CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE SHOOTS AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes - I offer discounts for multiple shoots booked at the same time.
